Cute brother pictures!

ACE Project

Jake is a part of the ACE program (Gifted and Talented) at International Studies. They have worked all year on a research paper and presentation. In January they presented their work to the class and the parents. The project was on an American Idol. Jake, of course, decided on a football player! He did a great job! They wrote a paper, made a poster, had a survey question that they had to ask all of the teachers and graph their results, and had 2 "above and beyond" projects. He made a goal post and football out of modeling clay and a football helmet out of a paper bag. It is amazing to me how grown up he is and how brave he has become. He got up in front of all of those people and spoke so confidently. He took questions from the audience and explained all of his projects.

Very Proud Parents!

His ACE gang!

Snow day!

Christmas 2010

Oh, the joys of Christmas morning!
We spent Christmas in Nashville this year with Chris' family.

Jake's dream came true!
Santa brought him an ipod Touch.
It was the only present he asked for!

Isaac's dream came true, also!
Arkansas jersey and a Pogo stick!

Mom's dreams did not come true with these very loud Iron Man masks!

We try to get a family picture. Really, we do...
It just doesn't work out for us so well.

I bought the guys a few Marshmallow blow guns.
Good, clean fun!

I just love Christmas!

A little jewelry from my mother-in-law!

I just had to do it!
If you do not know the story of this, you need to ask Chris!
