Jake and Isaac's Birthday Party!

We decided to do something a little bit different this year for the boys birthday parties. Chris and I went to Charity Ball in the spring and bought a football camp at the Silent Auction. We decided that it would make an awesome joint birthday party!

So... At the end of July we invited all of their friends to the Jonesboro High School football practice facility for an afternoon of football. There were 6 coaches there and they put the boys through a full football workout.

They got to try on the JHS jerseys!

The coaches had them all go through different stations to practice skills.

It was a great party and the boys were extremely worn out by the end of the afternoon!

U.S.S. Alabama

On our way home from the beach we stopped in Mobile to tour the U.S.S. Alabama. It was a nice break from the car and we learned a little something!

Oh...how we love the beach!

The Richardson clan joined the Harrell clan on our beach vacation this year!

The kids are really trying to be patient waiting for their food at the Red Bar...

Vacationing with another family turned out to be a great idea. The parents sat under the umbrellas and read. The kids entertained each other in the sand and ocean. I read 3 books in a week!

I had planned a little surprise for Chris during our trip. At Impact this year, Steve Davidson and I discovered that we were going to be in Destin at the same time. We planned to meet up for dinner and surprise Chris. We love Steve and Lisa and it was a great evening!
